Pure Networks Raises $12.5 Million in Funding

SEATTLE, WA - January 11, 2006 - Pure Networks, Inc., creator of Network Magic and leading provider of home networking software and services, today announced that it has secured $12.5 million in additional venture funding from Bessemer Venture Partners, Ignition Partners and Mayfield, furthering its market leadership in the consumer home networking space. Series B funding will help accelerate development as the company plans to roll-out new networking tools and features to help consumers setup, manage, and protect their wireless and wired home networks within the coming year.
