Pure Networks Offers Transition Solution to Users of CA's PC MacLan Product

PURE NETWORKS, Seattle, WA - October 11, 2007 - Pure Networks announced today that it will offer users of CA's PC MacLan a replacement for the product which CA is no longer enhancing or maintaining.

Pure Networks, a CA Home and Home Office software partner, will transition CA customers to Network Magic, an award-winning solution that provides a complete, easy-to-use and secure networking solution for a PC and Mac environment. Network Magic makes it easy to do Mac-PC file sharing and printer sharing in your home or office.

CA will discontinue technical support for PC MacLan within the next 12 months.
