SAN JOSE, Calif., NEW YORK, and OSLO, Norway, November 9, 2009 - Cisco® (NASDAQ: CSCO) is extending the acceptance period for its recommended public cash offer to acquire all outstanding shares in TANDBERG (OSLO: TAA.OL).
