Jeff Erwin - President and CEO
Jeff Erwin comes to Pure Networks with over 26 years in the high-tech and software industry, with experience in a variety of fields and roles. Previously, Jeff founded and ran three different high-tech companies (including ProTools and Kaspia) that were successfully acquired, and has served at the Vice President level at two different public companies (Network General and Visio). Jeff's employment history also includes five years at Microsoft, where he served as General Manager for the Network Management Group & the Visio product line and was also the Director of Incubation for Microsoft Research in the wireless mesh networking space. Immediately prior to Pure Networks, Jeff was the President and CEO of Experticity, the leading developer of "the next-generation of customer information systems." Jeff has filed eight patents, shipped seven products at Microsoft, and has board-level experience with multiple VC-backed startups.

Pete Price - Chief Financial Officer
Pete Price leads Pure Networks' capital raising efforts, financial operations and planning and human resources. He most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at TeleSym, Inc. and PacketVideo Corporation where he was instrumental in developing and implementing the company's organizational structure and financial strategy in addition to building an international financial, facility and management information system infrastructure. Prior to joining PacketVideo, Pete served as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Packet Engines, Inc. where he led the financial and legal teams in connection with the company's acquisition by Alcatel for $315 million. Pete also previously served as North American controller at Microsoft Corporation and was a senior audit manager at Ernst & Young LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Montana and an MBA from the University of Oregon. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Brett Marl - Chief Technology Officer
Brett Marl is responsible for setting the technical direction of the company. Brett comes to Pure Networks with more than 12 years of software development and management experience, bringing significant expertise in the wireless, Internet, and security technologies. Before joining Pure Networks, Brett co-founded and served as Vice President of Engineering for ViAir, Inc. In this role, Brett led the development and architecture of the massively scalable, carrier-grade Wireless-Inbox product. Prior to ViAir, Brett was the development manager for Microsoft's MSN Mobile Services and was responsible for overall services design and architecture. Brett led the MSN Mobile Services development team through 3 successful commercial releases in just 12 months. Prior to his MSN assignment, Brett was the lead developer for Microsoft Outlook Express. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Durham in the United Kingdom.

Maya Babish - Vice President of Marketing
A marketing professional for more than 18 years, Maya's experience spans the financial services, technology, and not-for-profit sectors. She has created compelling consumer brand identities and communication strategies that position companies to seize new market opportunities both domestically and internationally. Maya's corporate experience includes First Chicago Corporation, State of Idaho, Hewlett-Packard, and Microsoft. Most recently she was Director of Branding for Microsoft Windows and was responsible for repositioning the brand to increase affinity among consumers. Her experience is complemented with a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management

Martin DeBono - Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Martin DeBono leads the Sales and Business Development group at Pure Networks. Before Pure Networks, Martin was the Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for Insightful Corporation (NASDAQ: IFUL) and prior to that he served as a senior analyst at Gomez Advisors, a technology research firm and as Director, CRM Products at Siebel Systems (NASDAQ: SEBL). At Siebel, he led product development and marketing of Siebel's industry-leading applications, such as Sales Automation, Sales Analytics, Service, and Call Center, and was instrumental in the shift towards creating and marketing business process solutions. Under Martin's leadership the software solutions for which he was responsible consistently earned the highest marks from independent analysts, including The Gartner Group, Meta Research, and Frost and Sullivan. He also served as a nuclear submarine officer onboard the USS GEORGIA and earned a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University.

Matthew Tebbs - Vice President of Engineering
Matthew Tebbs manages the engineering of client software and web services for the company. He brings to Pure Networks more than 14 years of managing software development projects. Prior to joining Pure Networks, he spent 9 years at Microsoft working on a variety of products including Microsoft C/C++, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Picture It! and Microsoft Office PhotoDraw. He has a Bachelor of Science with Honors degree in Computer Science from the University of Durham in the United Kingdom.

Peder Ulander - Vice President of Product Strategy
Peder Ulander oversees design and development of Pure Networks' platform, solutions, tools and applications. Ulander comes to Pure Networks from Sun Microsystems where he spent seven years. Most recently, as senior VP of marketing, he was responsible for marketing strategy and operations for Sun's complete software portfolio, including all developer and community outreach. As a senior director of marketing at Sun he was responsible for defining the product and marketing strategies for a number of Sun's initiatives. Ulander's leadership experience also includes driving MontaVista's product and marketing strategies globally, and he has held senior marketing positions at Cobalt Networks, Symantec Corporation and Apple Computer. Ulander studied Economics at Santa Clara University.
